Our universal ceiling fan remote controls kit is UL listed and FCC ID approved, allowing you to upgrade your traditional ceiling fan to a remote-controllable one. It is compatible with most ceiling fan lights with AC motors but not suitable for DC motors. The remote controls the fan motor and light kits individually, offering three fan speeds and light dimming. The kit transmits wirelessly at 304MHz with a range of 30m in open air and operates on 2xAAA batteries.

In addition, our light dimmer allows you to easily turn the light on/off and change the brightness with a simple press-and-hold motion. It is compatible with all incandescent light bulbs, as well as some dimmable LED bulbs and dimmable CFLs. However, the dimming function should not be used with non-dimmable LED and CFL bulbs, as it can cause flickering or damage.

Before installation, the dip pin codes must be set on both the transmitter and receiver, with 16 different combinations to choose from. It is important to note that 2 AAA batteries are required for the remote, not a 9V battery. The ergonomically designed remote and compact ultra-thin receiver are easy to install and operate.

For those with multiple ceiling fans, our remote kits allow for different pin code settings to avoid interference between fans. It is also possible to use one remote to control multiple fans by setting the same pin codes on the remotes and receivers. Our universal fit works well with most ceiling fan lights, is compatible with Hunter and other brands of AC fans, and is not suitable for DC fans. The remote kit includes the remote and receiver, and the remote will only work with the included receiver.
